Subscriber information
When a visitor joins the founder update list, the site submits the normalized email address, submission time, page source, subscription status, and consent-text version to a private Google Sheet through a Google Apps Script endpoint. The spreadsheet is restricted to the project owner; the public website does not receive direct access to it.
Subscriber information is used only for project news, milestone briefings, testing opportunities, and future launch communication. It is not sold or shared for third-party advertising.
Analytics and local preferences
Google Analytics may be enabled after a valid measurement property is configured. Analytics storage remains denied until the visitor grants permission through the site's consent control. A local browser preference records that choice so the site can respect it on later visits.
Search Console may provide aggregate search-performance information without exposing subscriber email addresses to the public website.
Retention and removal
Subscriber records are retained while the development-update list is active or until removal is requested. An unsubscribe method and direct project contact will be included before newsletters begin sending at scale.
